The apartment consists of a living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds (80 cm x 200 cm mattress), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with large double bed, a bathroom with shower, a large veranda with table and chairs for dining outside, armchairs and “chaises longues.”

From every room, and of course the veranda, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea, mountains, and the valley of olive trees.

This apartment is adjacent to apartment Ulivo, though everything has been designed and manufactured to ensure maximum tranquillity and privacy between the different units.

There is also a large room in the basement, which is accessed from the outside and shared by the two apartments, where luggage and any equipment can be stored.

There is a sophisticated system for the recovery and recycling of grey water, which is then re-used to water the garden.
